We are pleased to host you in our beautiful apartment and hope you have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Jamaica. Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your stay at our property.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking your stay at Paradise Palms at Chatham, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy must not exceed 6 persons.
Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay overnight.

House Rules

No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing by the host.

Safety and Security

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when not in the apartment.
Do not disclose door codes or keys to any third parties.

Amenities and Damages

Amenities such as Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities are provided for your convenience.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or its contents during their stay.

Liability

The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises.
The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Compliance with Laws

Guests shall abide by the national laws and regulations of Jamaica as well as local bylaws.
Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use and gambling, are strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legal proceedings in Jamaica.

Changes to Terms

The host reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes prior to their check-in date.
